Zonta Service Projects
Zonta
Club of Fort Myers Area:
The Zonta Club of Fort Myers Area
has been advancing the status of women for 30
years through fundraising and hands-on projects.
Our largest annual fund raiser
is a dinner and auction. The funds raised go to
the service projects as voted on each year by
our members. A few examples are:
- Sustaining two endowment scholarship
funds at Florida Gulf Coast University
- Florida Coalition Against Human
Trafficking
- Our Mothers Home
- Mary's House of Hope, Inc.
- Habitat for Humanity
- Partnership in Family Building
- Women’s Breast Health
Care
- Ruth Cooper Center
- Lee County Vo-Tech Scholarships.
We also support other organizations,
with goals similar to ours, through participation
and hands-on assistance. Being part of
Zonta is a personal commitment.
